Project Overview

GESO delivered a turnkey modular process chilling system for a hot-forming press line. The chiller station is designed for outdoor skid‑mounted installation, providing reliable cooling for one existing line while reserving hardware interfaces for a second future line.

Scope includes system design, equipment integration, procurement, installation, and full commissioning.

  • Redundancy: Designed for 300 days/year × 20 hours/day continuous operation.

  • Operation: Fully automatic with fault protection and intelligent control.
