Objective: Upgrade and expand facility MEP systems to support dry rooms, secondary sealing zones, and electrolyte preparation areas.
Scope: Comprehensive installation and commissioning of dehumidification, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, argon piping, process utilities, and electrical systems.

Background & Requirements

The client required modernization of key production areas to ensure precise environmental control, reliable process utilities, and compliance with safety standards. Systems had to support uninterrupted production and integrate with existing infrastructure.

System Scope & Implementation

System / Area Scope & Description
Structural & Rooms Demolition and modification of dry rooms, electrolyte prep, and secondary sealing zones; ceiling, partitions, lighting adjustments.
Process Pipelines Compressed air, vacuum, argon, and exhaust piping; integration with firefighting and drainage systems.
Dehumidification & Cooling Dehumidifiers, chillers, cooling towers, circulation pumps; stainless-steel welded ducts in dry areas.
Electrical & Control Systems Cable trays, power distribution, equipment wiring, and control circuits; automated monitoring and safety interlocks.
Installation & Commissioning Full MEP installation, flushing, pressure testing, trial runs, and commissioning per national standards.
