  • Position: Procurement Engineer

      Job Responsibilities:

      1. Execute procurement activities per project requirements, including sourcing and price comparison, price negotiations. Manage purchases across materials, equipment, subcontracting services, equipment leasing, and technical services. Develop framework agreements and strategic pricing for critical equipment.

      2. Ensure timely procurement, expedited delivery, and onsite deployment of project materials to meet construction schedules.

      3. Select freight forwarders based on project needs with knowledge of destination countries' customs regulations. Manage end-to-end equipment export logistics including shipping documentation and customs clearance. Coordinate cross-departmental support for export operations.

      4. Compile export tax rebate documentation, verify export duties and VAT payments. Conduct freight forwarder account reconciliation and settlement.

      5. Maintain procurement contracts, track payment processes, and implement systematic document management/archiving.

      Requirements:

      1. Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management.
